Southern Festival of Books
Another Southern Festival of Books has come to an end. One of my very favorite weekends of the year was especially cool this year. On top of my usual moderating duties, I was a featured author for Crocodile Tears Didn’t Cause the Flood. I had a fantastic panel with Miles Harvey and Ruben Reyes (with special thanks to Sean Kinch for hosting). Parnassus sold out of Crocodile Tears by lunch, so that was awesome. I signed some copies and met many fellow writers. Some I’ve known online for a while, but I finally got to say hello in person.
Thank you to Tessa Fontaine, Lisa Gornick, and Maggie Sheffer for a great special Saturday session, too.
Just a wonderful Festival as always. Looking forward to being back at it next year!
