New Poet Laureate

The great Joy Harjo served as our poet laureate for the past two terms, and now, Ada Limon will take over later this year. Limon is a teacher in the MFA program at Queens, where I got my MFA. It’s especially cool to see her taking on this role. I’m very much looking forward to seeing all the work she’ll do for the poetry—and writing—communities. Congrats, Ada Limon!
