I'm Participating in the Southern Festival of Books

I’m excited to announce that I’m an official panelist at this year’s Southern Festival of Books, where I’ll be talking about Those Fantastic Lives on a panel with fellow short story writer Andrew Siegrist, who is the author of We Imagined It Was Rain.

Parnassus is the Southern Festival’s official bookseller. If you’ve been wanting to preorder Those Fantastic Lives or We Imagined It Was Rain and haven’t yet, please consider supporting Parnassus.

The Festival will be virtual due to COVID and will take place on the weekend of October 9th and 10th, with some sessions occurring in the days leading up to the big weekend. My panel will be on Sunday the 10th at 1:30 PM.

Rick Bragg, Ann Patchett, Ron Rash, Bobbie Ann Mason, and Margaret Renkl are among some of the other panelists featured throughout the Festival, so there should be lots of great panels to check out from the comfort of your couch.
